This Redbreast Single Pot Still Whiskey is the oldest bottling of the brand. The whisky contained was made from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled and matured in ex-Bourbon and first fill sherry casks.

Kommentar: Einfach ein Traum! Sherry und Eiche in in wunderschöner Harmonie. Die Würze nie überfordernd spielt mit der Zunge. Die schwere spar Süße bleibt angenehm anhaltend.

Kommentar: In der Nase ein Früchtemix, ein wenig Sherry und Süße. Am Gaumen die selben Noten. Der Alkohol ist gut eingebunden und der Abgang mittellang. Bei 21 Jahren habe ich mir mehr erwartet. Natürlich ist er besser als der 12er, aber dafür deutlich teurer
