Product description
Rothaus Black Forest 12th Edition was mashed and fermented in the Baden State Brewery Rothaus in the Upper Black Forest from brewing malt, aromatic caramel malt and the particularly soft Rothaus brewing water. Aroma-preserving, it was double-distilled in small copper stills under the supervision of the Kammer-Kirsch distillery. In their temperature-resistant ice cellars, formerly part of a brewery, it was matured in ex-bourbon barrels. It was adjusted to its alcohol strength with brewing water from Rothaus.
