The Gyrup family estate is home to the distillery, which is located on their own organic farm. All the grains used to make the whiskies are grown there and there is enough space in their own malt house to produce organic malt for a number of other Danish and international breweries and distilleries. Thy is an idyllic place in the north-west of Denmark, whose landscape and terroir characterise the distillery's bottlings from the field to the bottle. The attractive miniature set consists of 7 Single Malt and Rye creations, which invite you on a flavour tour through the world of Danish whisky thanks to the pipette and tasting glass included in the set. To bring you even closer to the whiskies, Thy Distillery is organising an online tasting on its YouTube channel on 9 May 2025 at 20:00.
