Product description
Torabhaig is the first new distillery on the Isle of Skye to produce Single Malts in 190 years. For the distillery buildings, independent bottler Mossburn Distillers rebuilt an old farmhouse. The stones were used at the time, around 1820, to extend the existing farming property into a homestead. The second bottling in the Legacy Series, Allt Gleann, was distilled and casked between 2017 and 2018 and consists of no more than 30 casks.

    Ich sehe in ihm vorerst keine Gefahr für die klassischen Rauchwhiskys.
    Auch die Kollegen von Talisker brauchen erstmal keine Angst zu kriegen, sollten aber darauf achten, was die Neuen machen.

    Kommentar: Süßer, floraler Rauch, mit einer spritzigen Fruchtnote. Der Rauch ist leicht und angenehm, nicht all überdeckend. Eine schöne leichte Würze und fruchtig-florale Noten im Mund. Süßer und leichtere Schinken Geschmack im Abgang mit dezenter Eiche. Sehr schöne Öligkeit im Glas. Absolute Empfehlung!
