The Bimber Shoulders of Giants – Johann honours Johann Sebastian Bach, a composer who, more than almost any other, epitomises precision, structure and musical depth. His masterpieces, including the Brandenburg Concertos and *The Well-Tempered Clavier*, remain among the most significant works of classical music to this day and continue to inspire musicians worldwide. This special single-cask bottling was matured entirely in an ex-Bourbon cask and symbolically reflects Bach’s sense of balance, clarity and complexity. The maturation process gives the Bimber Single Malt a well-balanced character with the typical influences of a bourbon cask. The “Shoulders of Giants” series is dedicated to figures who have shaped generations through their work.
