West Cork Distillers’ Garnish Island Gin is named after the picturesque Garnish Island off the coast of West Cork. Inspired by the island’s famous Italian gardens, this handcrafted small-batch Gin is distilled using carefully selected botanicals such as hibiscus, iris, rose, rosemary and thyme. Their harmonious blend gives the Gin a smooth, floral and delicately herbaceous character, making it an excellent choice for classic cocktails or for enjoying neat.

The West Cork Distillery is located, as the name suggests, in the west of Cork in Ireland. In 2003, the distillery was established by three childhood friends without the prospect of much success. But the distillery turned out better than expected: today, more than 100 people, most of them from Cork, work there to produce and market Whiskeys, Gins and Vodka.
