Description du produit
This bottling comes from the traditional and modern Glengoyne Distillery, which is located in the southern Highlands of Scotland. The distillery relies on a comparatively slow fermentation of around 60 hours and is also committed to the environment. The name is derived from the Gaelic 'Glen Guin', which translates as 'valley of the wild geese'. The 15-year-old Single Malt matured in first-fill Bourbon and sherry casks, which gives it facets of dark orchard fruits and spicy vanilla notes.

    Abgang: Sherry Gewürze Zimt

    Kommentar: Ein sehr gut ausgewogener Whisky - fruchtig in Richtung Sherry und ein wenig Waldfrüchte, dabei süßlich und ein wenig nussig, im Abgang kommt eine angenehme Gewürznote hinzu. Ein guter Whisky für alle Lagen.

    Kommentar: Besonders im direkten Vergleich mit dem 18-jährigen ist der Sherry-Charakter nicht zu leugnen. Hierdurch sind Eiche und dunkle Töne nur gering vorhanden. Im Vordergrund steht die Fruchtigkeit.
