This 12-year-old The Deveron single malt whisky was matured in sherry casks from Jerez after its initial maturation in selected oak casks. The maritime apple component of the whisky is thus refined and complemented by versatile fruit flavours with sweet accents.

Macduff is one of the newer distilleries in Speyside, having been founded in 1958. Morty Dyke, George Crawford, James Stirret, and Brodie Hepburn founded the distillery.
