Product description
The Irish Dingle distillery was founded in 2012 by the three brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. After the Single Malt was only bottled in smaller batches for a few years, the first standard bottling for the core range now follows. The triple-distilled malt whiskey matures 61% in PX sherry casks and 39% in classic bourbon casks.

Geschmack: Sweet Sherry Fruit später auch etwas Pfeffer im Hintergrund, dennoch weich.

Abgang: maximal von mittlerer Länge. Sweet Oak Malt
