With the Cross Keys Botanical Dry Gin, the distillery combines its four core ingredients juniper, lime blossom, rosemary and chamomile blossom with the herbal bitter Riga Black Balsam, the Latvian national drink. The result of this combination with a total of 20 botanicals matures in the distillery's typical clay bottle into a fruity and spicy Dry Gin.
