Long finish with a hint of vanilla cream, ripe berries and cherries.

The independent bottler Compass Box specialises in blending casks from a wide range of Scottish distilleries. The result is aromatically balanced Blended Malts such as the smoky-maritime The Peat Monster, the spice-focused Spice Tree and the Story of the Spaniard, matured in Spanish red wine and sherry casks.
