The 8-year-old Sol Tarasco is made from Mexican sugar cane grown on red volcanic soil at an altitude of more than 1,270 metres above sea level. It is distilled using traditional methods in a copper still and then matured for at least 8 years in selected ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks from Spain.
