Chairman's Reserve White Label is a white rum that is made by hand from various aged rums from the St. Lucia distillery in the Caribbean. To ensure that the liquid is bottled clear and without colouring, the rums, which are mostly aged in bourbon barrels, are filtered through charcoal several times. The end result is ideal as a base for cocktails with white rum.
