Glengoyne has been producing malt whisky since 1833. The fruitiness and intensity of Glengoyne increases with age. Aromas of ripe fruit predominate here, which combine harmoniously with the oak notes of the casks.

Kommentar: Spitzen Whisky. Sowohl im Aroma als auch Geschmack wechseln sich herbe und eichige Noten mit süßen fruchtigen Noten ab. Besonders kann man dunkle Früchte, Kirschen und Vanille / Zimt Noten wahrnehmen die an Weihnachten erinnern. Die herben Noten erinnern stark and Leder und Tabak.
Abgang ist extrem lange, wobei herbe und Sherry Noten dominieren.
