This special bottling created exclusively for Whisky.de is actually almost 11 years old and has been bottled for us by the popular and well-known Edradour distillery, neither chill-filtered nor coloured. The new club bottle has been fully matured in rare port pipes. This gave the Single Malt particularly elegant flavours of port wine, sultanas and sweet-fruity facets. With a little time in the glass, a subtle almond sweetness also becomes apparent. This characterful Highland malt has an exceptionally deep taste and adds an intense fruity sweetness and fine spiciness to the typical Edradour profile thanks to the port cask maturation - perfect for lovers of complex, heavy whiskies. The whisky is the first Erdadour to be available exclusively as a Whisky.de club bottle.

Die Edradour-Brennerei zählt zu den traditionsreichsten Whiskybrennereien Schottlands und war einst die kleinste des Landes. Sie liegt idyllisch am Fluss Edradour, umgeben von Hügeln östlich von Pitlochry.
