With the Wood Finish Series, Glencadam introduces an impressive edition of cask finishes that are neither coloured nor chill-filtered and bottled at drinking strength. The Reserve de Burgundy - Pinot Noir Cask Finish was first matured in American oak bourbon casks and then refined in Pinot Noir wine casks.

Der Ingwer kickt zusammen mit den 46% schon ganz schön rein und überfährt ziemlich schnell alles andere. Mit etwas Wasser ein weniger gefälliger. Muss man mögen. Mein Fall ist es nicht so.
