Conditions of participation

Participation in the competition organised by Whisky.de GmbH & Co KG, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organiser, is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

Procedure of the competition

The duration of the competition extends from 09.04.2024 up to and including 28.04.2024 or while stocks last. Within this period, buyers of the following bottling will automatically be entered into the competition.

Participation

Participation is automatic with the purchase of at least 1 bottle of the named bottling.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Orders received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

You will receive 1 raffle ticket per bottle purchased and take part in the competition.

Eligible participants

Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.

All persons involved in the conception and realisation of the competition and employees of the operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair behaviour or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Prize, notification and transfer of the prize

The following prize will be awarded:

- 2 VIP tickets for the Rod Stewart concert on 28/06/2024 in Munich

The winner will be determined after the closing date for entries as part of a random draw among all participants.

The winner of the prize draw will be informed of the prize in writing as soon as possible.

The prize will only be handed over to the winner. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash.

Any costs incurred for the dispatch of the prize will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes on the prize.

If the winner does not respond to our prize notification within eight weeks, the prize will be forfeited and transferred to another participant.

Cancellation of the competition

The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

Data protection

Personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition. The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and email address, are true and correct. The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without consent.

The participant can decline to take part in the competition at any time. If they do not wish to take part in the competition despite purchasing the products concerned, this can be communicated when ordering under "Your message to us". Alternatively, participation can also be subsequently cancelled in writing via info@whisky.de.

Applicable law

The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Recourse to the courts is excluded.

"Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected."
