Product description
The Irish Dingle distillery was founded in 2012 by the three brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. After the Single Malt was only bottled in smaller batches for a few years, the first standard bottling for the core range now follows. The triple-distilled malt whiskey matures 61% in PX sherry casks and 39% in classic bourbon casks.

Kommentar: Ein schöner irischer Whiskey. Seine 46%vol. merkt man ihn fast gar nicht an. Frische, süße Aromen lassen ihn sehr angenehm trinken. Im Abgang hat er für mich etwas leicht öliges, was zuerst für etwas Verwirrung sorgen könnte

Kommentar: Auch wenn es im ersten Moment komisch anmuten wird. Ich hatte noch nie bei einem Whiskey das klare Aroma von Himbeeren in der Nase. In diesem Fall war es aber so und dann muss es auch in den Kommentar. :) Insgesamt ist der Whiskey sehr angenehm zu trinken, wenn man ihm auchseine Prozente durchaus anmerkt. Im Abgang angenehm würzig ist das sicher einer der besten irish whiskeys die ich je getrunken habe.
