The Aberlour whisky is part of Signatory Vintage's small batch range and was bottled without chill-filtering and without the addition of colouring. The Speyside whisky matured for 12 years in Oloroso sherry casks, allowing it to develop particularly fruity facets.

Kommentar: absolut top, er brauch etwas Zeit, also ruhig nach dem Öffnen und den ersten zwei, drei Drams mal paar Tage oder Wochen stehen lassen. Danach entwickelt er sich aber unfassbar komplex und hat das, was ich bisher an den Originalabfüllungen bei Aberlour so vermisst habe. Ich kann ihn sehr empfehlen.
