This 15-year-old Dailuaine from the limited 'The Old Malt Cask' series from independent bottler Hunter Laing matured in a single sherry butt. In this series, only very special casks from the respective distilleries are meticulously selected by the Master Distiller himself before they are reduced to 50% alcohol by volume and bottled.
