The Elsburn Ruby Port Cask from the mild Elsburn brand of the Hammerschmiede distillery was allowed to mature fully in Portuguese casks. They were pre-matured with Ruby Port wine. This is characterised by a rich ruby red colour. And: with wonderful, dark fruit flavours.
