Product description

Glenfiddich Our Small Batch Eighteen was first matured for 18 years in sherry and bourbon casks. Master Distiller Brian Kinsman then selected 150 casks. Divided into small batches, the malt was matured for another 3 months in wooden mixing vessels for blending. Through the pen of Finnish artist Santtu Mustonen, the exclusive 12, 15 and 18 year old bottlings of Glenfiddich received a colourful design, which wraps the distillery's stag in bright colours. This is how the Glenfiddich classics are creatively and newly interpreted. The elaborately designed outer packaging can be opened like a book and bears a personal statement by the artist on the inside. The bottle, skilfully highlighted by a recess, is presented with a hip flask designed in the same style.

The Distillery: Glenfiddich

Glenfiddich is Scotland's best-known and most successful distillery. It is located in the heart of Speyside, in Dufftown to be precise. Also known as "The Giant", it has an impressive annual production capacity of 21 million litres. No other Single Malt is as popular worldwide. Glenfiddich Whiskies are usually matured in small Ex-Bourbon casks made from mild American white oak.
