Aroma Turkish sweets and rose petals balanced by candied fruits and grapes. Leather and a peppery spiciness follow, with a hint of chocolate in the background.
Taste Creamy with full-bodied almond notes, sweet malt and typical Ledaig pepper. Raspberries, sweet vanilla and cocoa follow with cinnamon and freshly cut grass.
Finish Persistently smoky with red fruits and seawater.

Product description
This Ledaig is named after the founder of the distillery, John Sinclair. The distillery on the island of Mull was still called Ledaig (safe haven) in 1798. The first bottling of the new Sinclair Series was matured in casks in which sweet-fruity red wine from the Spanish Rioja had previously been stored.

Geschmack: Süss nach dunklen Beeren und Waldbeeren, mit einem Hauch von Rauch und etwas Schokolade. Der Alkohol ist nur im Hintergrund spürbar.

Abgang: Mittellang mit einem Hauch von Schokolade und Rauch. Gefolgt von etwas Fruchtsüsse
