Horst Lüning, Master Taster of Whisky.de, fulfilled his dream of creating his own Scotch malt whisky after 25 years. It had to be complex, affordable and authentic. Malt whiskies from selected distilleries from Bourbon and Sherry casks were blended together. The result is a fresh, fruity Blended Malt, which has been given a complex, spicy note with a little oak in the finish by adding sherry cask whisky.
The omission of chill filtering, the lack of post-colouring and the expertly estimated alcohol strength of 46% make this Blended Malt something extraordinary.

Aroma: Ein sehr süßer Joghurt mit allerlei Früchten, Vanille und dezenter Eichenwürze.
Geschmack: Zunächst Süße, Frucht dann deutliche Eiche und Würze. Angehmes Mundgefühl und dennoch kraftvoll.
Abgang: Mild und wärmend. Vordergründige Eichennoten lösen sich in einer Süße mit Vanille.
Kommentar: Ein ausbalancierter Whisky - Süße und Fruchtigkeit. Der Sherry ist nur entfernt wahrnehmbar. Definitv ein Every-Day-Dram vermutlich auch für die Sommermonate.

Hab ein kleines Probier Fläschchen zum testen. Kann man so machen.Nicht sehr komplex aber dennoch gut ausbalanciert . Die 0,7 Liter Flasche für unter 40 Euro, wäre völlig Ok.
