Product description
The Outpost Range from the American Westland distillery emphasises the origin of the raw materials used (also known as terroir). The Solum single malt whiskey is the first in the range and is intended to bring the essence of the North Pacific into the glass and represents the whiskey style of the region. Belgian ale yeast is used for the 95-144 hour fermentation. The distillate is matured for at least 3 years and bottled without chill-filtering and in its natural colour. The whiskey is distilled in the Scottish style.
