This Edradour was released by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage and is part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. After 9 years in a first-fill sherry butt, the single malt from the Highland distillery was bottled exclusively for Whisky.de at cask strength. Naturally without chill-filtering and in its natural colour. The label bears many noteworthy details about the vintage, bottling year, age, cask type and cask number.

    Aroma: Intensive Sherrysüße mit Noten von dunklen Trockenfrüchten, Rosinen und etwas Karamell, begleitet von würziger Eiche.

    Geschmack: Vollmundig und kräftig mit süßen Sherrynoten, dunkler Frucht, Nüssen und einer angenehmen Gewürzstruktur.

    Abgang: Lang und wärmend mit anhaltender Sherrysüße, würziger Eiche und feinen Fruchtnoten.
