The still is an archaeological find that was sold to local distiller Paul Devoille. The name is borrowed from fine gold with 99.9% purity.

Aroma: viele sanfte florale Noten, was da an Kräutern alles drin ist, dafür fehlt mir die Erfahrung. Wenige sind es jedenfalls nicht
Geschmack: Wachholderbeeren, Ingwer auf jeden Fall, das wird wohl die Schärfe sein, Mandeln könnten drin sein
Abgang: lange anhaltend mit leichtem Zimt Geschmack
Kommentar: Schmeckt sehr interessant. Da ich mit Gin jedoch keine Erfahrung habe, bin ich mir nicht sicher ob und wie man in mit Tonic mixt. Habe ihn pur getrunken und danach im Verhältnis 1 Teil Gin 3 Teile Tonic gemixt. Das hat mir dann besser geschmeckt.
