A special edition of Balcones' Rumble, a Texas wildflower honey, Turbinado sugar and mission fig spirit. The difference here is that it's been matured for much longer, something that first came about when the chaps at Balcones lost track of a small number of casks. When they rediscovered them later, they realised something special had been created and so now the process is followed deliberately!
