Matured initially in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the liquid is then finessed in Matusalem oloroso sherry butts, Cabernet Sauvignon and Muscatel wine barriques. Exclusively bottled at 46% ABV, Vintage 2002 is a truly unique spirit.
Aroma: Lemon cake, ginger spice and honey
Palate: Crushed almonds, soft chewy caramel and panna cotta
Finish: Caramelised orange, passion fruit and nutmeg
