We are proud to introduce the influence of new zealand manuka to whisky aficionados.
Our canterbury sourced barley, kilned with the introduction of manuka smoke creating a unique malt. This single malt whisky is crafted from pristine artesian water sourced from aquifers 130 meters below the canterbury plains. Distilled trough copper pot stills hand built at our distillery in canterbury, new zealand.
Aged in virgin french oak casks and bottled on site. Non chill filtered.
