The Irishman ist ein dreifach destillierter irischer Single Malt, der über 10 Jahre lang in Bourbon- und Oloroso Sherry-Fässern reifte. Das verleiht ihm seinen außergewöhnlichen Geschmack und Komplexität. Jetzt erschien der Ire in neuem Design. Seit 2016 brennt das Unternehmen auch selbst Whiskey. Die neue Brennerei ist die einzige in Irland, die unter einem Dach Pot Still, Malt und Grain Whiskey produziert. Dank Blindenschrift auf den neu-designten Etiketten, finden sich auch Genießer mit eingeschränktem Sehvermögen bestens zurecht.
