Highland Park Quercus
QUERCUS is named after the species of oak we use to make our casks. Exclusively matured in first-fill sherry seasoned European oak casks, it showcases the rich flavour of fruit cake and natural dark golden colour that characterise Highland Park.
A limited edition of only 1,200 bottles, QUERCUS is the third in THE KEYSTONES SERIES showcasing our five keystones of production, unchanged for 220 years. A further two editions will be released during 2018, offered exclusively to members of our Inner Circle.
